Aeropress
Brew Temp: 95 - 97 degrees
Grind: Espresso/filter (Both work so personal preference here)
STEP 1:
Attach the Aeropress and stand up on scales (inverted). Insert paper filter and pour in the coffee.
STEP 2:
Start a timer and pour the water into the Aeropress. Attach the filter basket and turn it around. Wait 2 minutes.
STEP 3:
After 2 minutes, give a gentle swirl and then wait 30 seconds.
STEP 4:
Press down gently all the way until you hear a hissing sound.
STEP 5:
Enjoy this amazing brew!
